White Snake Projects (WSP): Community Director (2022-present)
Develops and leads community engagement, partnerships, and programs connected to activist themes in WSP’s programming across Greater Boston.
Partners so far have included the Boston Public Library, 826 Boston, Boston Children’s Chorus, Boston Music Project, Boston Bhangra, Area 51 Majorette Team, Hibernian Hall, The Record Co., ZUMIX, Transformative Culture Project, Hyde Square Task Force, Origination, and more.
Eureka Ensemble: Executive Director (2020-2022); Librarian/Artistic Adviser (2018-2020)
Organized and delivered local programs to create social change through classical music. Issues addressed include immigration, climate change, voting rights, and homelessness.
Established and taught Desea Soñar program with La Colaborativa, which empowers Latine youth ages 8 to 14 in Chelsea through songwriting, instruments, and performance. Developed weekly lesson plans and directed three teaching assistants. The program grew from 9 students in fall 2018 to 20 students and a waitlist of 100+ kids in spring 2022.
Created and expanded Rising Tides program, which engages youth ages 8 to 20 to learn about climate science and express what they learned through individual and group songwriting. 40+ youth have been involved since March 2021 through workshops at the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, La Colaborativa, St. James’s Episcopal Church in Cambridge, and with students from various area colleges.
Led a team of 9 people in design and execution of programming.

Taught at Boston’s only public high school for the visual and performing arts.
Developed new curricula to emphasize diversity/inclusion and student voice within the music department.
